An unboxing video is mandatory for any refund request.
Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof, including an unboxing video and clear photographs.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account details for refund processing.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Perishable goods once consumed or partially used
- Change of mind after delivery
